In the 2009 AA Restaurant Guide the Orchid Restaurant appears once again with an outstanding 3 AA Rosettes. (3AA Rosettes 2006,2007,2008, 2009, 2010). 

STOP PRESS After an unanounced inspection in early April & again in May 2009, the Orchid is once again has been awarded three Rosettes for the 2010 AA Restaurant Guide.

The AA Restaurant Guide features over 1,800 of the UK's best Restaurants, less than 10% of which have 3 Rosettes or more.  Rosettes are awarded from 1-5 and only 5 other Restaurants in Devon currently have this award

2008/2009 Trencherman's Guide

2006 and 2007 were amazing years for the Orchid and first getting into the Trencherman's Guide in April 2006 of that year was a great achievement.

It is once again in the 2008/2009 guide.
